Payment
Payment is due only when the work is completed. No upfront deposit is required. You will be asked to pay once the finished website has been completed and is ready for you.
Hosting
One year of free hosting is included with website packages.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the content and materials needed for your website, such as text, images, and information about your business and services. Please provide materials in a timely way so the project can proceed.
Revisions
During the project, you may ask for revisions to the website design and content. We will work with you to make reasonable changes before the website is completed.
Ownership
Ownership of the finished website transfers to you on full payment.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website. Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
